Ankara University provides low-priced accommodation at its 7 dormitories for both Turkish and international students. The fully furnished single, double and triple rooms are equipped with telephone, TV and free wireless internet access. Dormitories also have laundry and ironing facilities, internet rooms, fitness saloons, cafeterias. There are also private or public dormitories outside of the AnkaraUniversity campuses gives service to AnkaraUniversity students.

Ankara University can provide health services for all students at the UniversityHealthCenter and UniversityHospitals.

Ankara University has a wide range sport facilities including Olympic swimming pool, indoor-outdoor tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, football courts and fields, open to use of numerous amateur sport teams.
