Program Description: The programme offers to be specialized in medicinal treatment and drugs, medicines and their development, use and effects from the point of view of natural sciences, health sciences, as well as social sciences. Students are expected to prepare a thesis in the final year. Scientific research is also a crucial activity at the Faculty, with numerous research projects of either a basic or fully applied nature regularly being carried out in its laboratories. The Faculty offers English MD programmes in Analytical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Graduates can work in public or hospital pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry, health authorities, regulatory agencies, or academia.
